Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we process your return, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
